re to issue1: it is not unsafe. the rata is not from some unsafe lazy-src. It is the original file orig-file. Moreover it not contains 4k images (i did not find any). In the end, your ref are to idsues on other domains with different situations, I would not base totally the decisions on them because every domain is different and the admins discuss/check every single one properly.
