The article from your example is from the website of the city Lviv - www.032.ua
And the article refers to that city (you can see it even from its content).

It has a section "Помічник". There is no such a section on 0352.ua
It is inaccessible if you don't artifitially combine the url from the other website (/helper/213) of same franchise with the url of 0352.ua.

IV should not be generated for inaccessible pages.

You were referring to https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#2-4-inaccessible-pages in your reply to issue #1
Basically it states about articles, that require a login, and because of that IV engine would not be able to parse essential content.
It states nothing about pages that are hard to find.
It is still on the website, there are a lot of them, and a perfect IV template should support them.
