- This article does not uses images with captions as the main medium (e.g.: travel blogs that show many photos with captions, step-by-step crafting guides, cooking recipes, etc.), this article has one paragraph for description and is a photo gallery with java script gallery.
According to the Check list:
6.4. Galleries and slideshows
Slideshows are required only if the source article shows several photos or other media as a slideshow or gallery.
this article shows several photos as gallery(open original source link and click on a photo) this page is for some photos of an event, and other pages like this are photo gallery in this site, So i think this issue is not true and want from you to recheck this,

- The paragraph that you mention, in this case can be considered as the caption of the gallery. Effectively the main medium of this page are the images, so you should apply the exception and not put it in a slideshow.
