How can I appeal this decision?
I would like to know if you know the rules or if at least you read
It does not bother me that they throw away my page. whenever a problem is valid. But in this case, I do not agree. I can write to you as much as I want. because really if it bothers me.

In regard to this specific source page, when you view it in a browser and open the slideshow, it actually displays the captions for each photo in the slideshow there.
All captions for slideshows must be preserved. To not include them leads to a corrupted IV.
In general, an "alt" caption would only be displayed if you moused over the photo, which is understandable that a regular user would not see such "alt" captions. However, the captions here are different since they are directly viewable in the slideshow itself in browser.
