Dear admin, what to do in this situation? Should we just enclose this link in a related tag, remove it or format it as it was in my template? Thakn you for your reply. I've no other options to contact you.

- If it really is a related article (which it seems to be), and if it can be fetched releiably, you should put it into the related articles.
It does not look unrelated, so removing it would be considered a loss of content > Bad.
Formatting it as a link would be better than removing it, but it seems like this is a typical "read more" link. If it is deeply connected with the content, then you might want to format it as a normal <a> link.
