These links can be easily identified and formatted in a more appropriate way. Look at my template.

- 1) My template identifies these links, otherway they wold not be shown
2) <ul> is pretty good way to format these links - exactly as in the source page
3) Wrapping it with <related> is wrong because these links will not be shown if href page has no IV. See https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/7days.ru/template7/issue2/

- Navigation links must not be formatted as list. Formatting as related is unacceptable too.
