The author pages are dynamic and change over time. The authors can update their information. See this example where the author changed his job/biography (http://web.archive.org/web/20130808012942/http://7x7-journal.ru/blog/%D0%90%D1%80%D1%82%D1%83%D1%80): http://prntscr.com/fj678y . Even if the design has changed, you can see that the author information is different.
