I must say that this section is not related articles at all.
Because its just a dynamic list of “Latest articles from this category”.
If you look carefully at the publication date of these articles, you will find out quite well.
Also, there is no title (either in the preview or in the source) that this section mentioned as "Related Articles".
Thus according to the checklist I do not think it's a good idea to display this box as related articles.
