- To not generate IV because of embed links seems unreasonable.
The link must be formatted as related or be removed. If it's inmportant for the article content, it must be left as a link, but you should be able to provide examples.
That (https://www.origo.hu/nagyvilag/20190207-lecsaptak-a-liberalis-cenzorok-a-lanyra-aki-ki-merte-mondani-hogy-csak-ket-nem-letezik.html) case is different: Streamable embed can be identified by its src and it will be supported eventually.
