Numbering is not part of the caption. Hard-adding this kind of elements should be avoided (who knows if Telegram add their own numbering in the future?)

- It's not rudimentary content, it's important UX element that helps to answer the question "How long should I scroll?". Numbers can be rudimentary in slideshow, but not here.
Also: nothing hard, dude :D I don't see any reasons for TG team to add some weird numbering for regular images.
