Video is missing. If we can't get it, we must disable this page for IV

- If the page contain only a single video without any body text IV must be disabled. Otherwise, like current page, IV should be generated.

- The IV should contain the video. If it isn't possible to support the video, the IV shouldn't be generated

- Most pages of this site are similar to this page. A video as a cover and some texts, photos and videos as body of article. I believe it's not good idea to disable IV when there is a body in article.

- For no reason should be left out essential content (in this case the videos), it is preferable that no IV be generated than to show something incomplete.
