This is a company name that displayed when company logo is not present in 'byline' field. When this field contains person name - I use person name in IV, other cases - company name, because it present in original page. Check the source code (look for <div class="originBylineContainer">).

And company name is correct, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WLS-TV

Deleting author field if it does not contains actual person name is optional
