Caption missed (<p> is located in .gallery div)

- Not clearly identified and the text align is because a div with no content:

This div is used to ads too.

- Since the div with caption has the same parent as image (div with class "photogallery"), it seems easy to format it as a caption.
Kindly provide examples, where this approach can be incorrect, in the appeal.
