This image has its own figcaption, no need to set alt value as its figcaption.

No bro, it's not identifiable block and it's not a safe way to format that text as figcaption:
<p><img /><strong>caption</strong></p>

Because I have seen many cases that doing this has caused the part of the text after img to be deleted. This may have happened to you in your template.

Thus I decided to don't format this case as figcaption.
