This is an aside commentary. This template does not separates it from the rest of the contents.

- Yes, this is an aside commentary, for which I use <aside> tag. But I disagree about the second part of the issue. My template actually separates it and the aside block is perfectly distinguishable.
By the way, the are always problems with mimicking blockquote/aside/mark etc from an original version. So I just decided to use <aside> for aside content, as I said. I am not responsible for the way IV renders it. Also they can change it later. Your template just puts two <hr>s before and after the text.
P.S.: It is your opinion to do so and I won't issue back, because I don't think it is critical enough. But consider using <aside> too, because that's what it is there for.
