The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This anchor, I deem, is unneeded for the fact that even though comments would be present, it would be updated every time a user inputs a new comment. As it's said in the Checklist 2.1 (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist), IVs mustn't generate dynamic content.
