Yean. I noticed that it's inside the "article__author" element. But that's not an answer. Some sites place the whole byline inside the "author" element.
The thing is, this website uses distinct formatting for authors:

Text outside the <b> element is either the source (with AGENCIES) or some sort of additional info like in this case.
What's bad about this case is, if we assign "Nyasha K Mutizwa" as the author, it will be misinformation, because she's not in fact the author. If she were, her name would be formatted the same way as the name of the gentleman above, and without the "with" prefix.
