you can not move a photo from middle of content to cover section
The chosen image is clearly inappropriate for the cover.
because it's related to article text and it's part of article main content ,
this can break article content

I was careful just using the image as cover if it was at most 2 paragraphs deep in the article. Additionally, as a native Portuguese speaker, I'm sure the content is not broken. I believe this is not an issue.
