At first I thought that too, but after browsing significant number of pages on this site I found that these links aren't inside distinguishing elements in source code, have different urls and text. Actually it looks like editors are often entering them manually.

Couple of examples:
- You lost whole paragraph because of trying to put link into related: https://www.ahoranoticias.cl/programas/reportajes/213995-profesores-generales-las-respuestas-de-carabineros-a-la-investigacion-de-ahora-noticias.html
- And here you missed one link too: https://www.ahoranoticias.cl/noticias/nacional/238625-pinera-tras-finalizar-su-gira-por-europa-hemos-logrado-grandes-acuerdos-para-chile.html

I think removing these links is too unreliable and it's better to leave them as they are.
