They don't use this name (you cut out part of the Arabic name).
Actually they don't use any name on their site (there's just club logo everywhere), but in social networks they use "Al Ahly SC" name:

Dude I've been talking Arabic for 18 years, I know Arabic, Turkish (I am Turkish) and English (a bit..).

And i know this particular soccer team, there is also a Saudi team with the same name. Anyway its definitely right since they call the team with that name.
