1.this is not a rudimentary content; It's an essential one; 2.Since the date of publication must be shown on IV page (it's an essential content as per perfect template checklist), if there is no subtitle, the template renders the publication date as subtitle. (maybe if IV supported Jalaali calendar this wouldn't be necessary)
