Do you think it is a banner, or it is a ad, or partner link? It is not so essential, but it cares information, it can be shown, since it is available to be shown it.

- The author is right, it is optional to keep this block. Similar to "Read more" articles, it contains general info related to the article section and it doesn't affect readability in any bad way when it's placed like this.
