- I think this cite is optional, it's additional information as a nice cite to decorate the article. The block of code is used to write "nice cites" or "read more". I think this is an introduction for the article, not a real content.

- It is related to the article, it is part of the article, it should not be omitted. Remember also that the blocks of "Read more" are optional, so it would be better to leave it, than remove them and remove content from the article.
