Issue #1

"Footer in the beginning of the article isn't acceptable." (c)
https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/nautil.us/template88/issue3/

I don't agree. Admin, say me , please, how I can stylizing similar elements, if <header> is not support in IV ...?
I consider this question to be invalid and insist that it is quite acceptable. Because many elements in templates are not used for logical purposes, for example, when blocks are formatted as pullquote (<aside>), why is it acceptable, if it is completely differently on original site, or mark blocks as <mark>, or make tables from the fact that the original site is not in the tables or when tables converts to simple text or figures??? And it is completely approved by admins. IV has a small set elements for formating, it is not a html, therefore I think it is a permissible! Can creating a <header> for beginning article, but what for, if elements equally stylized...?
