Cover duplicated. This pic has "display: none" in CSS.

- Such hidden images have no special attributes or other characteristics allowing to reliably identify them. Also we can't load and check CSS style using @inline since it's too big.
E.g. here is page where your template fails to detect 2 of 3 images with "display: none" which aren't displayed in original article:

So I think it's okay to display these images since we can't detect them reliably because of current limitations of IV engine. Especially considering that this is rare problem occurring only in several old articles (I haven't seen newer than beginning of 2017) and not present in current ones.
