These anchor links are not separated somehow, which makes them a lot less readable.

- I believe it's due to the fact that nested lists are stripped by the IV framework. @admin: How should we handle these cases? Should I mark them as unsupported?

- Hello Júlio, we currently don't support nested lists. But second-level (and deeper) lists are part of essential formatting for an article.
If the template cannot reproduce the formatting, no IV should be generated at all.
