I think pages like this one should be generated. Yes, it contains a <gizmo> element, but this element has @layout="none", which (obviously) means that the widget has no layout and therefore doesn't show up at all, so it's OK to ignore it.

- Gizmo is unsupported because it's a dynamic block that lists prizes in shops for the device. Code for it is still there, it's just currently not listing any phones.

It's not obvious at all, layout="none" could just mean that there is no special layout set and it's fallbacking to the default one. The reason why it's not showing content could be due to old article and that this phone is not being sold anymore, but it could be and this dynamic widget would show up again.
