"Correlati" and "Associate" are synonims in italian, the first one is the real related element, "Associate" is only a subsection of that.

For example in this link under "Correlati" there are "Video" and "Associate" both subsections that contains related articles:

Eventually there can be other subsections essential we are not aware of, but that have to be supported.

Futhermore, even if it was wrong, the title of the related section is not a critical issue.
