Admin, why it's the article source issue? There are so many sites with dumb html markup in this contest and the aim of the contest is to solve these problems.
This problem is solved in my template so I can't understand why did you decline the issue.

The aim of the contest is to create perfect templates, not to solve source issues. In this case it's possible to corrupt IV by manipulating with divs and paragraphs that can't be identified. Article authors can apply the same style to any text they want, not just to pseudo headers. Since we can't second-guess their style preferences, it's better for IV not to follow them.
