There is only one paragraph of text in the body, so I consider it a slideshow description (which it pretty much is). If the article consists entirely of a slideshow and its description, we shouldn't make it into a slideshow:

"EXCEPTION! Slideshows must not be used:
...
When the article consists entirely of a slideshow (and its caption/description) and there's no other content."
