It is a kicker or not? Admin need help, I am confused

- I'm not sure tbh. It is actually taken from below the image with "Dossier" to preserve the link "https://www.arcinfo.ch/dossiers/hc-la-chaux-de-fonds/". Not sure if it's actually breadcrumb or what either.
Admin please tell me if I should:
1) leave like it is
2) remove kicker but keep link somewhere else
3) remove kicker and don't care about link
