I think in this site we can substitute <div id="publ_photo"> with <meta name="og:image">. I don't find any page it may breaks.
6.2.1 Image quality When several image resolutions are available, the IV page should use better quality images. If for some reason it is only technically possible to obtain low-resolution versions of images (lower than 320px)... the page should not generate an IV.
It's optional, since the replacement for meta content may be unstable
