Missing link.

- Nothing suggests user that image should redirect/link anywhere.
This site doesn't really uses images with links except for few one-offs where there is no real purpose in them (like this one).
If there was image clearly styled as button (for example video thumb with play button drawn over it) that would be another talk.
Checklist doesn't say that we _must_ convert all a/img (that do not link to another image of course) to img[@href]
