Since you are referring to https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/astv.ru/template51/issue1/ I want to note that the moderator’s comment was that IF it's not possible to extract full date, you can not display date.

In this case, the date on page is correct and full and may be tested by simple regEx and extracted.
