This is a dynamic list of articles on the blog. It is updated every working day and in the first place is always the most recent entry in this blog. This list is the same for all blog posts.

Although the blocks are the same for the 3 articles given as the example, they are thematically related to them, because the blogs are grouped on the website according to the topic, so the block was considered "related enough".

It is true, that the related links will be updated more often in this blog (just by adding new instance to an otherwise static list), since this particular blog has the most active topic by its nature, but the other blogs are less active (compare: https://astv.ru/club/blog/adultgames/W_-QsEMiPk--PIMBN6YiZg), so the block was considered "static enough"...
