Your template misleads the reader to believe that was written by two authors: Phelim Kine and Human Rights Watch. Actually it is written just by Phelim Kine. "Human Rights Watch" is his official title.

When an article has multiple authors, you're separating them with commas. But you're separating the name and title with commas also, and that makes the author line to be inconsistent.

The original page uses CSS to create a visual separation between names and the title.

Dunno, I think it's even better when you don't delete such information when there is one author. And I think everybody see difference between name and not name.
