- Yeah, rudimentary "[toc]" piece. It is displayed in a "float: right" block.
TOC = table of contents. I guess this was once used to create a table of contents according to that code, but now it's defunct. Usually I don't clean up defunct code, but here it's just in too noticeable a position (it would have become the first paragraph of the article if I kept it).
