The IV isn't generated for the target page. Other templates can handle this fine. The unsupported video should be removed.

IVs must display all essential content, otherwise an IV should not be generated.

Issues regarding articles with unsupported content may be considered if they include a link to a template that handles the disputed content well (including the video).
