- Whereas in a IV Page everything should be strictly related to the article and nothing more, the content was specifically chosen to be left there for one reason.
Unlike an unrelated piece of content, the 2 sections at the bottom of the article are a part of the pages content and they have a connection with the broad theme of the article: an user that doesn't care about it may ignore it, but another one will surely use this fragment to visit other pages (Since, again, he/she may want to find out more information about the article, because the content left there is related and not rudimentary)
