I don't think so. This article isn't accessible from the site interface (even from the site search). A simmilar issue: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/svet-mayakov.ru/template5/issue1/
Anyway, creation IV for the sake of one article from 2016 with completely different layout... that's ridiculous.
