You can't exactly say that the page is all about photos when there's a slideshow at the very top of the page (or using some heuristics).
Examples:
1) This is not a picture story or something like that. Just a regular article about a vehicle with illustrations. Slideshow should not be used here.

2) This is clearly news ("novosti" in the URL), so slideshow shouldn't be used as well.
