You are taking the wrong title this website is Russian the first title contains the car name in Russian. while the other one that you taking should be as a subheader.

and about the previous issue, it is a different year model for the same car. should be presented IMO.

No, it shouldn't be. The first title is common for all Chrysler PT Cruiser Cabrio models, this article is about Chrysler PT Cruiser Cabrio 2004, so the title is correct.
