You have already downloaded all the pages in one iv. Why do you need pagination elements?

- To be fair, I haven't really downloaded anything. The full text is already inside the page along with some script for hiding and showing the correct sections dynamically. But yeah, since these links are useless in IV it just makes sense to remove them.
