Well I'll duplicate. I saw only one case where it was used as pullquote. Since my tmplte got rejected I want satisfaction

this website uses blockquote tag for pullquotes and blockquotes. then simply changes them with CSS STYLES.
also, this website uses h5 tag for blockquotes too. just think.. if we use this as h5 tag without convert it to a blockquote (like in the original website), IV becomes terrible.
