static gallery mut generate

- Almost all galleries will fail to load as you make inline of each images and this function is limited, there's no need to make this available.

Also they don't use this galleries anymore. Almost all designs are broken and a lot won't even load as they are too old.
Try opening the "latest" galleries which were published on early 2016 and they are dead.
