بزغاله سایکلوپس، بز یک چشم تازه متولدشده در هند

The text below the image is absolutely a caption and not a heading! Here are the reasons :
1- The caption text and image are separated from other paragraphs with a DIV container.
2- The image and the caption text are related semantically.
