I have no idea why the NO_MEDIA_FOUND error is thrown here, as the image that is "not found" (https://media.bastillepost.com/wp-content/uploads/hongkong/2019/02/20190203-CR-%E5%A4%A9%E6%B0%A31-FB.bmp) can be accessed in the browser and shown in the original, yet "not found" by IV.

Trying to view the image in IV shows that the IV server is served a bmp as well since the MIME type is correct.
