- in fact it is one of the service pages of the website. it is defined to contain ads( look at the path). there are four service links above every page of the website and this is one of them. the others are :

http://birclick.ir/cat-index/
http://birclick.ir/tag-index/
in addition all article links have path like: "/yyyy/.."
and unlike other articles it does not contain any author or published date.

- As for now, we have a simpler rule: if there are interactive elements ('contact us' form) => no IV. Otherwise, service pages are optional.
