Toc on this page is handled by js, and there's no anchor existed for heading, this template made some hacks on it, and that's why some anchors are above the related link instead of heading itself.

Anchors here are visible in HTML (it's not generated by JS) and it's located above the related link at the source page too, I made it exactly the same way as at original page
