It is obligatory to format “Related articles” links using the new <related> tag, provided they are identifiable in the source.

- The links that you specify are part of the article's text for 2 reasons:
1. They are included in the paragraph tag and without any particular class or ID.
2. In other articles, there are rarely these links. (I mean, this is not an automatic process.)
As a result, if we want to detect and modify these links, it may lead to unwanted changes in the author's content in other articles.
